Should we do marketing

We would like to approve some in order to progress our marketing efforts.

The amount would be roughly 10,000 MIM worth of $ICY tokens from the DAO wallet.

The marketing expenses would involve: -1k for DEFI influencer / youtuber -2k allocation to rewarding community members who help the DAO (none for Kricky). -2k for organizing community based marketing (twitter raids ect) -5k for a reserve amount to use for whatever marketing expenses arise (transparently disclosed and announced at the time of expenditure occurring)

We would also like you to decide how this 10,000 would be funded through the follow options: -(Option 1) 10,000 MIM worth of $ICY tokens from DAO wallet. -(Option 2) 10,000 MIM reallocated from the buyback amount (Currently 18k MIM remaining) -(Option 3) 10,000 MIM withdrawn from the treasury balance.
