ICHI DAO Budget Workstreams

To continue delivering these products effectively and drive further growth, we are proposing the creation of decentralized workstreams. This will allow us to build a strong foundation for expansion in the first quarter of the year. To support this transition, we have developed a budget outline to guide our efforts.

If voted successfully yes, the budget will be allocated to workstreams as such:

Main budget responsibilities:

Growth - Responsible for growing TVL, creating strategic partnerships, and managing relationships.

Communications - Responsible for internal and external communication, including marketing, PR, and community engagement.

Operations - Responsible for overseeing finances, building project management tools, organizing contractors, building analytical reports, & liaising with backers and advisors, and running day-to-day business
