Proposal: 20% Strategy Performance Reward

We propose that oneTokens pay a default 20% strategy performance reward, payable in ICHI to xICHI (staked ICHI pool).

Q1. Does this apply to already claimed harvests? A. Yes, there is only one implemented strategy today: the oneLINK treasury has claimed 1,644.8 ICHI from a oneLINK-LINK farm. The 20% payment to xICHI from these harvests is 329 ICHI.

Q2. Do oneTokens have to make these payments? A. No. A oneToken’s governance may discontinue these payments in the future.

Q3. Is this in addition to the default 2% oneToken protocol governance reward? A. Yes.

Q4. What farms may be created? A. oneToken governance may do whatever they want. However, the only strategies admitted by ICHI governance to date are ICHI farms. oneToken collateral may be deposited to ICHI farms that protect USD principal (ie, oneETH-USDC). oneToken treasuries may be deposited to any ICHI farm. Additional strategies may be admitted by ICHI governance at any time via snapshot voting.
