2% Default ICHI Governance Reward?

We propose a default annual ICHI governance reward of 2% of oneToken treasury value, paid in ICHI to xICHI (staked ICHI eligible for voting).

The frequency of payment is decided by oneToken governance.

oneToken governance may discontinue or delay this reward at any time, for any reason.
