We are voting today to onboard 4 new hires to the ICHI core team:
This vote will go a long way in deciding the future of the ICHI protocol.
Each candidate has provided an intro to themselves “in their own words’. I’ve added “titles” but (in my opinion) they really don’t mean anything in an org like ICHI.
He was behind the new ichi.org website. Ex-RedHat and currently a software engineer at Microsoft, he has 16 years experience in software engineering.
He most enjoys both the reward of solving challenging problems and constantly learning new things.

Vladimir joined ICHI three months ago. He has been involved in UI updates and the creation of the new farming contract. He is a prolific contributor and is essential to the continuity of the project.

Our last hire would be Ethan, he is our newest addition but very well known to the community. He created a series of Twitter threads around the partnership of ICHI and Strudel. And he has created a new ICHI FAQ.
