Schedule the Next ICHI Halving
Summary We should get the next ICHI halving on the schedule.
Abstract The current farming rate for ICHI is 1 ICHI per block. After the next halving, it will be 0.5 ICHI per block. The timing of this halving is decided by Ichipowah and snapshot voting.
Motivation It is good to give plenty of advance notice on something as important as ICHI halving.
Specification The ICHI reward rates on ongoing pools (ICHI-ETH, oneBTC-wBTC, etc) will be approximately halved. The temporary reward rates on pools created in partnership with other projects will be unaffected.
