Should we launch a community website on ichi.org?

Proposal from samwisegardener in the ichi discord community.

As a complement to the https://ichi.farm/ page Ichi needs a community site that details what Ichi is with relevant links, ect.. Think https://uniswap.org/ but it will be https://ichi.org/

Motivation

There is a missing context, for some, when being dropped right into https://ichi.farm/. There is a docs link, however, the ichi.farm site isn't about the who/what/why of ichi, the community site will be for that.

Credentials

I'm a senior software engineer (fullstack) at Microsoft. I've been in software engineering for 13 years with 6+ years of experience in React and on the front-end.

Specification

Gatsby (https://www.gatsbyjs.com/) is an excellent Open Source tool to boostrap a site like this and get everything up and running very quickly without a lot of the boilerplate required. This should eliminate the need for a designer.

With Gatsby as the foundation I can leverage input from the Ichi community to get the content to add to modify the site with.

Since this is just a static site we can host pretty much anywhere we want, be it Netlify (current) or any of the major cloud providers.

Proposal

I need $4,850 oneBTC to cover the cost of acquiring ichi.org and $120 oneBTC for 12 months of hosting.

My success fee for deploying the ichi.org community website within 2 weeks is $6,000 in ICHI. This reduces by 5% each day the new website is late.
