37 Aces, CTO

• No upfront grant
• 200k ICHI, vested over 3 years using Sablier
• $12k/mo salary and expenses

Contractors (Various - Design, React, and Solidity)

• $30k/mo budget
• Hourly rates in line with market expectations

Each of these provisions may be discontinued early by the community if we were to stop working for the community or the community deemed the work is no longer important or satisfactory.
