IEIP-6 Election of IERC DAO Committee Member

The second IERC committee member election has begun. Guided by our values of transparency and democratic governance, we have carefully selected 4 highly qualified candidates for your consideration. The 3 candidates who receive the highest number of votes from the community will be selected to serve on the IERC DAO committee.

Name: 佰利达 Motivation: As one of the first IERC20 moderators, I have a deep understanding of this project's evolution. Leveraging my strong connections within the Chinese-speaking user base, including WeChat groups, I'm well-equipped to address user questions, provide guidance, and drive broader adoption of this innovative blockchain platform.

My aim is to serve as a bridge between the IERC DAO and the community, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring this vital demographic embraces the project's success. Since then, I've been actively involved in leading the expansion and promotion of this vibrant community. My contributions have been recognized by the community members themselves.

Recently, I've made the decision to refocus my energy and dedication towards strengthening and growing this organization.

Your Vote Matters

To ensure the IERC DAO committee members fulfill their responsibilities and act in the best interests of the community, the following transparent removal process will be implemented:

• Community Feedback: IERC community members can submit formal feedback and concerns about a committee member's performance or conduct through a dedicated feedback channel. This feedback will be carefully reviewed by the broader committee.

• Community Vote: If the committee votes to proceed with removal, a community-wide vote will be triggered. IERC token holders will have the opportunity to review the case and vote on whether to remove the committee member in question.

• Replacement: If a committee member is successfully removed, the IERC DAO will initiate a special election to fill the vacant seat, ensuring continuous oversight and representation.
