IEIP-3 Election of IERC DAO Committee Member

Today is an important day for the IERC community as we vote to elect the members of the IERC DAO committee. In the spirit of transparency and democratic governance, we have gathered comprehensive information on 8 qualified candidates for your review. The 6 candidates who receive the highest number of votes from the community will be selected to serve on the IERC DAO committee.

Candidate 1

Name: Kman Motivation: 1.I have a strong belief in the work being done by ierc20 and its future potential, and I am eager to participate in advancing and building ierc20. 2.I have a good understanding of the ierc20 protocol, project, and community. 3.I have organized several community spaces/meetings, such as on Tencent Meeting, to help the community connect with resources. I have also been involved in long-term community management, including forming core community groups, assisting with community promotion, and maintaining daily activities on Telegram. Based on these three points, I am applying to become a member of the ierc DAO committee and hope for a successful outcome!

Name: Lucas Motivation: Hi, I'm Lucas, a student studying for a master's degree in computer science in the United States, who is very interested in Crypto since 2022. I have made a lot of investment and research in Inscriptions and Runes. As a member of this community since last November, I am deeply committed to contributing to the technologically superior IERC protocol. In addition to my strong understanding of the inscription market, especially protocols on Bitcoin and Ethereum, I have many innovative ideas to contribute. With my ability to identify market trends and formulate strategic objectives, as well as connections to the Chinese community, I believe I can help promote the IERC project and increase awareness in North America.

Name: YE Motivation: I'm YE, a core member of the ierc-m4 community, responsible for running the M4 community's Twitter feed as well as social accounts on various platforms, as well as the production of promotional materials such as videos, pictures, and articles for the M4 community. M4 community has been actively participating in the construction of the entire ielc, since its establishment in December last year, M4 community has been actively participating in every ierc AMA, Space, and has a very detailed understanding of the entire ierc ecosystem, knowing clearly the decision-making and development process of each ierc. we hope that we can join the committee as a whole "community", not as an individual. For example, when it comes to taking a stand on something, I will vote on the M4 community and then take the results to the DAO, and we'll try to make the community's voice heard as fairly as possible, which we feel is a relatively adequate approach for the DAO to take and together we will build a better IERC and make IERC great again!

Name: Eric Motivation: I am Eric, a Python software engineer. I have also developed smart contracts in the past. In November 2023, I learned about IERC and was captivated by its unique design. I am very bullish on the IERC ecosystem and have acquired $ethi and $ethpi inscriptions. I hope to join a DAO to contribute to the continued development of the IERC ecosystem. I am eager to take my involvement in the IERC ecosystem to the next level. I am actively seeking to join a DAO that is focused on building and enhancing the IERC infrastructure.

Your Vote Matters

To ensure the IERC DAO committee members fulfill their responsibilities and act in the best interests of the community, the following transparent removal process will be implemented: - Community Feedback: IERC community members can submit formal feedback and concerns about a committee member's performance or conduct through a dedicated feedback channel. This feedback will be carefully reviewed by the broader committee.

- Community Vote: If the committee votes to proceed with removal, a community-wide vote will be triggered. IERC token holders will have the opportunity to review the case and vote on whether to remove the committee member in question.

- Replacement: If a committee member is successfully removed, the IERC DAO will initiate a special election to fill the vacant seat, ensuring continuous oversight and representation.
