Allocate the remaining 1,000 tokens

This proposal is to rank the remaining proposals of the first Community Development Grant (Alpha) that's within the ~1,000 token budget of the remaining grants pool.

Specifically, the following projects are within range. More details for each project can be found in the IMX Discord server (https://discord.gg/Jfjcr92aKy).

• ID#13 IMX Open Source - 1k IMX

A short summary for each project is below:

ID#5 IMX Analytics 0.6k IMX Build the core abstraction data tables, reports, and source of truth dashboards for the community to understand how the IMX ecosystem is growing in relation to wallets, price action, supply, distribution, etc.

ID#11 imxpy 0.7 - 1k IMX A python library to interact with imx. There's already a functional prototype of the library, but the creator would like to further refactor it and also make it feature complete.

ID#13 IMX Open Source - 1k IMX The creator would like to undergo the process of open sourcing their contract, backend APIs, and frontend dApp code. They are the developer for Chosen Ones (https://chosenones.xyz/) who have had a successful mint on Immutable X.
