Use the remaining Community Development Grants Pool

This proposal is for the community to decide if we should put up another vote to allocate the remaining 1,000 IMX, between the existing proposals within the budget.

For context, the first vote for the Community Development Grant concluded with two proposals winning. In total, those winning proposals will use up 11,000 IMX tokens of the 12,000 pool. This means 1,000 IMX tokens remain.

If this proposal passes, another vote will be organized to allocate the 1,000 IMX tokens amongst the three project proposals that will fit within that budget:
