ARBs allocation

Summary

Dear Ibexs, this proposal is to authorize the use of 100k ARBs from our Arbitrum allocation (515,080 ARB held by the multi-sign 0x7f959c082bc30F3EA88187Fac1a640438aD7bF20) to be transferred to the protocol address in order to provide liquidity with IBEX or to lend liquidity.

Motivation

This IIP aims at deepening the liquidity on Impermax vaults, both on IBEX pairs, and on blue chip ARB related pairs (ARB/ETH, ARB/USDC) by lending.

We will create IBEX/ARB pairs to deepen the liquidity We will seed ARB via lending on Impermax When our lite version will be live, we will also provide ARB through our lending aggregator to supply multiple white-listed pools.
