IIP-03 Treasury Management (Take II)

Summary

Dear Ibexs, this proposal is to authorize the use of (up to) 200 000 ARBs from our Arbitrum allocation (415,080 ARB held by the multi-sign 0x7f959c082bc30F3EA88187Fac1a640438aD7bF20) to be transferred to the protocol address in order to convert it into USDC & ETH.

Motivation

This IIP aims at diversifying the treasury holdings of protocols, while making sure we have stablecoin ready for the upcoming payment related to our growth and milestones.

Specifications

If this proposals pass :

We will use a part of the tokens converted to be sold and pay for the Webisoft workforce (estimated to be 55 000.00$ to 65 000.00$ USD). We will use a part of the ETH to lend into the lending aggregator, when live. We will convert ARB into ETH & USDC at what we think is a strategic time, which will most likely not be done in a single transaction. We will send back uses of proceed to the multi-sign address until we need it. We will not use this money for salary of personal expenses
