[GEP-0012] Impossible Discord Stages

What is the problem/opportunity? This proposal aims to set out the general framework for Impossible Discord Stages to be adopted by the DAO.

What is the proposed solution? “Impossible Discord Stages” aims to strengthen the relationship between the Impossible Finance team and the community. The community will be introduced to members of the team and get to learn more about different members. To facilitate the discussion, the Discord Stages channel should be established in the Impossible Discord community.

Stage channels are a special type of voice channel on Discord. It is an audio-only discussion where the Impossible Finance team and selected users are able to talk and others can listen as the audience. Non-speaking community members can communicate in a separate text channel to communicate their questions and thoughts.

Key milestones/timeline Upon the approval of this proposal, and subsequently, Impossible Finance will create a Discord Channel for Discord Stages, as well as a text channel to facilitate team-community conversations. This allows users to participate and engage with the Impossible Finance team.

Benefits to token holders and community members This change will support engaging community events for the wider Impossible community members.

It will create the opportunity for the Impossible community to be familiar with various Impossible Finance team members and the role they play.
