[GEP-0005] Optimizing Impossible Friends joining requirement

What is the opportunity? As the Impossible Finance ecosystem develops, we would like to continue to grow and maintain our active and loyal community groups. That also means keeping up to date with the market and readjust the minimum IF tokens to join the Impossible Friends group. As stated in the original Medium article, we propose to adjust the minimum requirement to around 1,000 USD worth of IF tokens to join the Impossible Friends Telegram and Discord group.

Initial validation The minimum IF required to join Impossible Friends group will be adjusted to 625 IF for all users joining 24 hours after the voting period ends, subject to favorable votes.

Why should this proposal be adopted? Benefits to token holders and community members Rewarding loyal and active community members who support the Impossible Finance ecosystem.
