Hire Core Team members to focus on community, IRL events, and partnerships

We need to begin hiring for key roles to engage the inBetweeners community via partnerships and Online + IRL experiences

• Offer competitive contractor rates to acquire top talent
• Accelerate Community Wallet development and progress
• Ensure we have sufficient resources to continue delivering world-classes experiences that add value to the inBetweeners Community
• Start with foundational hires that enable us to be creative and maximize brand reach across all platforms
• Transition to more permanent contracts in future

These roles are

1.) Community Manager - The face and figurehead for the inBetweeners community. Be the bridge between potential buyers, the community, and the founding team to create the strongest community possible. 2.) Partnerships Lead (Business Development & Activations) - Manage 20+ inbound partnership requests and coordinate upcoming events. Help the founders deliver proposals to the best brands in the world while ensuring we maintain a boots-on-the-ground presence. Main KPIs involve the partnership and events pipeline. 3.) Event Coordinator - plan, schedule, and execute on IRL events around the world. Events include (but are not limited to) art shows, parties, meet-ups, panels, and more.

Timeline: 6-Month contracts for most roles starting from March 15th, 2021. Some roles will be shorter-term.

Cost: 46 ETH (Current Balance: 295.4 ETH)

Accountability: inBetweeners core team will be responsible for all hiring, operations, roles & responsibilities definition, and termination if needed. Payments to contractors will be bi-weekly. If and when the proposal is approved, the funds will be transferred immediately into a new wallet and swapped into USDC.
