PIP-7: Sell Azuki

Background

The Azuki Collection has gone down tremendously since the release of Elementals and it seems destined to underperform punks long term.

Specifications

• Pay all debt accrued on the Azuki NFT holding to the JPEG'd DAO
• Auction the Azuki off via JPEG's auction house.
  1. The initial bid will be the oracle's floor price, rounded down to the nearest half of an ETH.
  2. In the event of a no-bid, the auction will be re-run with the same parameters
• Any leftover ETH will be reserved for future Index use
