WGC-1 proposes a new form of Infinex Proposal Documentation, referred to as a Working Group Charter, that outlines the establishment of a Working Group (WG), defines its outcomes, and aligns expectations between the WG and the Council.
If approved, Working Group Charters will be established as another form of documentation. Furthermore, "Working Groups" and "Working Group Leads" will be introduced, while core-contributors will be depreciated.
