WGC-4 Update

This refers to the recent update to the WGC-4.

Update Log – 2024-08-29 Given the elapsed time, an update has been made to the outcomes, budget and timelines.

Outcomes were updated to reflect the move from executing the core elements of the strategy, towards ongoing refinement and evolution of strategic implementation in response to the current project status.

The budget has returned from a fixed fee of $250,000 USD which was required to implement the core elements of the strategy, to an ongoing monthly figure of $40,000 USD, required to enable ongoing advice and adjustments to the existing structure.

The timeline has also been updated to another 90 days, before the ongoing scope of the Legal Working Group will be reassessed by the Council.
