RC-1 proposes a new form of Infinex Proposal Documentation, referred to as a Release Candidate (RC). An RC is a document that outlines a bundle of proposed changes for approval by the Infinex Council and can only be written by an established Working Group (WG).
If approved, Release Candidates will be established as another form of documentation, accessible by WGs.
