MLIKI - IDO PROPOSAL

MLIKI, is developing a hybrid marketplace by combining social commerce and blockchain technology to help merchants and their customers, artists and collectors to trade physical and digital goods like an NFT in one platform.

The existing problem is users can’t purchase physical goods on the same platform where digital goods purchasing such as NFT, Metaverse NFT items are sold. MLIKI aims to solve this problem by introducing a hybrid marketplace. It aims to shift the dynamic by using blockchain to create a platform that makes it possible to purchase physical items and digital goods like NFTs on it.

We compete in social commerce and the NFT global market. The social commerce market value has seen almost a 265% growth rate, from $1.3 trillion in 2014 to $4.9 trillion in 2021. It is expected to increase by 22% more in 2023. While the NFT market surpassed $40B in 2021 and it's predicted to increase to over $80 billion by 2023.

Beside that MLIKI allows its user to create, buy and sell non-utility NFT. Currently, the development of our product has reached 80% and is estimated to be released to the market by June 2022.
