2. Background The INFLIV token is the native utility token of the Infliv ecosystem. The current max supply is 310,000,000, with total supply 91456626.08 and 75871594.12 in circulation and block emissions is 3 tokens. Recent market analysis and community feedback suggest that a reduction in max supply could:

• Increase token scarcity, potentially supporting value appreciation.

• Strengthen community trust by demonstrating a commitment to deflationary tokenomics.

3. Proposal Rationale Objective: Reduce the total supply of INFLIV tokens to enhance economic sustainability and incentivize long-term holding. Proposed Action:

• Mint Mechanism: Decrease 50% of the mint supply 155 millions Infliv tokens from MAX mint supply circulation and block emissions 3 tokens to 0.15 token per block by contract implementation INFLIVV5.

• Implementation Timeline: The upgradation will occur within same day of proposal approval.
