BAYC 2001 Vault: Distribution of Proceeds (ETH Or $MINT)

Intro

The proposal to wind down the BAYC 2001 Vault has successfully passed, and the insrt team has sold all assets for total proceeds of 25.3725 ETH

The total proceeds from the vault asset sales will be distributed on a pro rata basis to all BAYC 2001 Shard Holders.

Distribution

Users have two options when deciding how they'd like to receive their distribution:

• Claim the proceeds in the form of ETH minus the protocol sales fee (5%)* : 0.041487 ETH

- Claim the proceeds in the form of MINT with no sales fee applied : 43,670 $MINT

*The protocol sales fees acquired from the termination of a ShardVault will be distributed to Dawn of Insrt holders on the basis of rarity.

Voting

BAYC 2011 Shard holders that would like their distribution paid in $MINT should vote "For" this proposal. Otherwise, distributions will default to being paid in ETH and will occur at the conclusion of this proposal. If a holder doesn't vote, they will have their distribution paid out in ETH.

Distributions will be sent to the Shard holders' address. In the case of ETH, distribution will occur on Mainnet. $MINT will be distributed on Arbitrum.
