For the Drastic Devaluation claims the initial price is taken at the date of the insurance plan enablement +7 days. I.e. the price of the token on December 13th, 2022. The claim is not eligible since >98% devaluation is not met.

It was a big devaluation of the token from my purchase price more than 99% down. My purchase price is 3290 USD and my current value is 13 USD. Please do a review and approve my claim.
