Proposal to make sure that all UST and aUST holders that had SURE tokens in their wallet are covered

It's very important we step up as a community and make sure anyone in our community that held sure tokens during the depeg of UST is covered for their proper plan based on the amount of SURE they had. SURE community has made changes and some individuals would not have ever seen changes after they were already covered. For example many individuals were covered and had tokens in their wallet before the enable function was ever introduced and were not aware that was even something that needed to be done. We need to stand up as a community and make sure those who held SURE tokens prior to that and were covered are compensated for if UST falls below 2c. Let's band together as a communtiy and do the right thing.
