Following the criteria set by the community - the Drastic Devaluation Claims:

  1. The tokens added to the existing plan must be held in the wallet of the member for at least 7 days before the claims can be made. (please see https://insuretoken.net/whitepaper.html#faq)
  2. The devaluation of the tokens must be >98% from the date when the insurance plan starts covering newly added assets. (7-day rule must be applied)
  3. The token must be eligible, i.e. meet the minimum eligibility criteria, wrapped tokens must meet eligibility criteria of trading on at least 2 CEXs, not being a meme or Ponzi, and the APY not higher than 100%.
  4. When all the above are met, i.e. community verifies that the eligibility criteria are met and transactions are verifiable on-chain, then the member must send the eligible devaluated tokens to the community-governed vaults.

If all the drastic devaluation eligibility criteria are met, please create a new ticket with links to the transactions of the token deposits to the personal/private wallet.

Comment:

It seems they don't want to take responsibility about what happened and according to their response it's clearly visible, that they try to hide it from the public. I have searched their official Telegram chat for the words related to stable-farm, stablecoin, etc. and found 16 questions from affected people. I took screenshots of these questions and named them by the date when the question occurred in the TG group. All the answers on the questions have one thing in common. It is that the group admin refers to the support email address in order to hide the conversation from other group members...

Check their Telegram and try to ask about what has happened to the stable coin farm page... https://t.me/daomaker

Or write them an email to ask about what happened to the stable farm page: support@daomaker.com
