Operations Multisig

As per the discussions in governance there is a strong support shown from the community to pursue an option to setup an operations multisig, with its own operational budget and spending mandate for short term. Here is the proposal which is under discussion.

A final proposal will be put for snapshot vote in the coming days and eventually a tally vote if it passes.

This snapshot is to determine and shortlist 6 trusted multisig members from the community who have volunteered for this position which would be part of the main tally proposal once we have the funding proposal passed.

Please chose 6 members for a total 4/7 multisig, the seventh member in the multisig would be the DAO governor contract so in case of ties entire DAO can weigh in on the matters.

Term limit for this group is 3 months and we can re-evaluate if we want to continue this model and the following members or not.
