II. Abstract TP Man is the community contributor of TokenPocket. Currently, TokenPocket evaluates and governs TP Man in a central way. To release the potential of TP Man, TPT DAO Vault launched an incentive plan to recruit and incent TP Man, and every TP Man’s contribution and monthly vault fund used that in TP Man part will be public to everyone.

III. Motivation Expand the TP Man group and give TP Man "back" to the community

1. Proposal content and implementation steps 1.1 TPT DAO Vault will be open to anyone who contributes to TokenPocket (That is now the definition of TP Man, anyone who make contribution to the community, is a TP Man). 1.2 Every TP Man who makes contribution should fill in the proof of contribution before the end of each month. Contribution should meet the requirements (Once the proposal is passed and accepted, TokenPocket team will disclose this) 1.3 The TPT DAO Vault details used in TP Man will be public in: https://fans.tokenpocket.pro/c/proposals/11

2. Timetable 2.1 After the vote is approved, the team will develop and implement the solution immediately and complete it within 7 days

3. Benefits of the solution after implementation. 3.1 Encourage more community users to do the contribution to the TokenPocket community. 3.2 TP Man will be governed by the community instead of central ways.
