II. Abstract Before, to add a public chain, the public chain team needed to contact the technical team of the foundation to add it. Now the technical team of the foundation has developed the system support function of the public chain, so that the public chain team can add its own public chain to the tp wallet just like the configuration menu. In order to control the quality of adding the public chain and increase the income of the treasury, it is proposed to add each chain in the tp wallet, and the public chain project party needs to donate a certain amount of TPT to the treasury

二. 摘要 之前，增加公链，公链团队需要联系基金会技术团队添加，现在基金会技术团队已经开发了公链的系统支持功能，让公链团队可以像配置菜单一样的添加自己的公链到tp钱包中，为了控制添加公链的质量和以及提升国库的收入，提案在tp钱包新增每条链，公链项目方需捐一定数量的TPT到国库

1. 新增公链的服务范围如下，分为简单支持，完整支持

a.简单支持 支持公链种类：EVM,Polkadot,EOSIO技术系链 支持内容：自定义网络、公链列表处默认显示该链logo

b.完整支持 支持公链种类：EVM,Polkadot,EOSIO技术系链 支持内容：在已支持链列表显示原生币和非原生币、Token价格、热门Token选择列表、交易记录和交易详情、独立的Dapp入口等信息

2. 投票产生公链在简单支持，完整支持 两种情况下需捐款TPT的数量

3. 基金会技术团队更新文档中所需TPT代币数量，并开始执行提案

• 风险2:公链团队在市面上买不到足够的TPT来捐款 应对方案：目前TPT价格还处于低位，全网深度有3000w左右，已足够支撑4-5家公链进驻，等价格到合适价位，我们可以提案国库再去做池子深度
