Jade Protocol DAO is calling for a community vote to decide on a new name for our DAO and associated token to be launched on Arbitrum. The goal is to select a name that reflects the DAO's values and vision and is available for the proper domain and token names.

The core contributors and a handful of consultants have reviewed and cleared the following options, which are now being presented to the community for voting. The winning name will be used as the basis for the brand kit and mood board request for submission (see below).

The community is encouraged to vote based on the name they believe best represents the DAO's values and vision, which are listed below:

• We make decisions using on-chain metrics and research data.

• We speak our truth, even when it’s unpopular to do so.

• We set out on our own path to push the limits of what is possible.

After this vote, the DAO will proceed with the brand kit and mood board request for submission. The selected name will be used for the DAO's rebranding initiative, including the issuance of a new token on the Arbitrum Network and the establishment of a terminal floor price for the token.
