Shreyas As JammSession's Treasurer

I propose to vote Shreyas (Discord Shreyas Hariharan #2656) to occupy the financial/treasury manager for JammSession. Here are tasks he will be in charge of:

-> propose and maintain the budget; make sure expenses don't exceed the budget -> make sure transfers are executed -> update the community on the treasury -> explore diversification of assets in the treasury -> explore different revenue streams

Compensation: 10k $JAMM/month
