Brian as Lead Tinkerer of Jamm Session

I propose to vote Brian Flynn (Discord: bflynn #4073) as Lead Tinkerer of Jamm Session.

Brian will do the following:

• Be an active voice and contributor to what is judged most strategic to achieve Jamm Session's goals. This will be at least until Jamm Session has achieved satisfactory operational efficiency and momentum to thrive independently or until the vesting period has ended.
• Help the community set its goals and norms where needed.
• Fill in with key roles as a last resort in case other members fail to fulfill their duty.
• Continue writing Jamm Session weekly to recap the JAMM community and deliver insights from around crypto and tokenized economies.

Compensation: 1.5 million $JAMM (15% of $JAMM supply) vested over 2 years. Brian will be paid 10,000 $JAMM per month for 2 years and 1.26 million $JAMM at the end of 2 years.
