$JAMM grant to fund Sam Hatem for work on Outpost

Sam has been working on Outpost, a crypto-native web3 newsletter platform. It’s been the driving force for a lot of the demand for $JAMM in the past few weeks, and I’d love to have Sam be one of the core community developers to develop the necessary infrastructure to support the JAMM ecosystem via Outpost.

I’m proposing 10,000 JAMM per month (coming from the 4M treasury) for Sam to continue working on Outpost and create new features that benefit the JAMM community. There are some features in the pipeline (ie. subscriptions) that would further benefit the JAMM ecosystem.
