Motivation

JBDAO has been Etherhook for free for many months, in the #heartbeat channel. It's also used in the JusticeDAO discord (for Alexey and Roman fundraiser).

US$1000 worth of ETH to codalabs.eth.

Rationale

The #heartbeat channel is a great cultural resource that keeps the community informed of Juicebox activity.

Because Etherhook works in any contract, we can easily add notifications for the upcoming V4 contracts.

$1000 is the annual price for Etherhook.
