JBP-454 - Reimburse Miscellaneous Gas Fees

Send filipv.eth 0.7247545392280326 ETH.

Why

I (filipv) frequently execute transactions to help out JuiceboxDAO members.

1. Testing things for project creators. For example: to ensure DomainDAO's refund process on juicebox.money went smoothly, I created, configured, paid, and redeemed from a v1.1 project on mainnet.
2. Deploying Safes. From time to time, I've deployed a Safe (for Revnet, Bananapus, and others)
3. Running events. I've managed and run hackathons from Juicebox projects a few times.
4. Refunding project creators. When an issue takes place with contracts, I'll reimburse people's gas fees. The Hold Fees Error is an example.
5. Helping out JuiceboxDAO. For example: before we disabled fees on v1/v1.1/v2, I distributed payouts from all projects where the fees generated from the distribution would generate more funds for JuiceboxDAO than the gas fee incurred.
