Title: One-time JBX distribution to each member of the reserved JBX list.
Author: aeolian
Date: 2022-04-22

Thesis:

Distribute 1,000,000 JBX to each member of the reserved JBX list.

Abstract:

Distribute 1,000,000 JBX to each member of the reserved JBX list.

Motivation:

Juicebox DAO currently holds a significant amount of JBX (164,346,223 JBX).

JBX is a voting tool, but the DAO’s JBX hasn’t been used for voting to date.

Distributing a small portion of this JBX to reserved list members gives incentivized individuals more voting power, puts more JBX to work, leading to further decentralized ownership of the protocol.

Risks:

  • Juicebox DAO has less JBX for future distribution.

  • Juicebox DAO has less JBX for redemption of treasury funds.

Specification:

Distribute 1,000,000 JBX to each member of the FC#20 reserved token list.

The following addresses would each receive 1,000,000 JBX:

  • sagekellyn.eth

  • mieos.eth

  • natasha-pankina.eth

  • zeugh.eth

  • burtula.eth

  • tankbottoms.eth

  • jasonz.eth

  • zom-bae.eth

  • johnnyd.eth

  • drgorilla.eth

  • filipv.eth

  • twodam.eth

  • 0xstvg.eth

  • aeolian.eth

  • peri.eth

  • jango.eth

Rationale:

Juicebox DAO holds 164,346,223 JBX.

The total JBX distribution is 16,000,000 JBX. This would represent 9.7% of Juicebox DAO’s current JBX holding.

Everyone on this list already has the trust of the DAO, by virtue of the DAO having voted them on to the reserved list.
