JBP-69 - Add @johnnyD to trial payout period

Prospective paid contributors to Juicebox DAO are encouraged to propose a trial period of one or more cycles to check compatibility. Trial payouts typically range from $300-600 per cycle.

How have you already contributed to the DAO?

I have made several small improvements in my short time working on the DAO. Firstly, I added some clarification to the setup process of a local JB instance (https://github.com/jbx-protocol/juice-interface/pull/289). Next, I made several improvements to the reserved tokens form when creating a new project (https://github.com/jbx-protocol/juice-interface/pull/293). Finally, I compiled a site-wide list of all form-related issues (Optimize the app's use of reactive forms/ ) which I propose I fix over my trial period.

How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**

For my trial period, I intend to complete the following tasks:

• Optimize all the forms on JB (Optimize the app's use of reactive forms/ ).
• Add completed translations to the codebase

Going forward, I intend to focus generally on frontend bug fixes/improvements. Aside from this, I’m sure over the next few weeks it will become more clear where I can best provide long-term value.
