Thesis:

@dhyon has stopped contributing to the Juicebox V2 efforts for a few funding cycle now. This proposal cleans up the associated payout.

Motivation:

@dhyon was a tremendous help in getting unit tests going for the V2 repo. His work was compensated via recurring payouts, well deserved.

Having let the other contributors know that they were shifting their focus to another project, it’s now been several cycles since they’ve made contributions to the repo. It’s time to clean up the payout from the list.
