Re-pay Breadfruit

Context

JBP-370 approved a $12,000 per cycle payout from JuiceboxDAO to Breadfruit, a project operated by Jango, for continued protocol risk management work.

At the time, Breadfruit used version 3.1 of the NFT delegate, which rejected payments if the value of the NFTs being minted did not equal the payment's value (as long as overspending was disabled, which was the default).

Because of this, two payouts to Breadfruit internally reverted:

During this period, Breadfruit continued to deliver work as described in its proposal. After these two payments, the Breadfruit delegate was updated to resolve this problem.
