JBP-94 - Remove dao dev inc. from JB Payouts and Reserved list

Summary:

Remove dao dev inc. from Juicebox payouts ($8000) and from the Reserved list.

Abstract:

End JBDAO’s engagement of dao dev inc. (link), the company through which nnnnicholas.eth has been working with the DAO. This proposal would remove dao dev inc. from the recurring Payouts and Reserved list and revoke the delegation of Legal Research responsibilities (link) to Nicholas on behalf of dao dev inc.

Motivation:

After a stretch of solid building with the JBDAO contributors via the DAO’s engagement with dao dev inc., I believe it is time for me to move on.

It has been a pleasure learning from this community of beautiful souls.

Risks:

None.

• Remove 0x428f196c4D754A96642854AC5d9f29a0e6eC707E from the recurring ($8000) payout (link)
• Remove 0x428f196c4D754A96642854AC5d9f29a0e6eC707E from the reserved list
• Revoke delegation of Legal Reseach responsibility to Nicholas (JBP-85).

Rationale:

The DAO should end its engagement of dao dev inc. by terminating payouts, reserved tokens, and concluding research responsibility delegation.

Timeframe:

Effective at the start of the next funding cycle.
