JBP-499: Host JuiceboxDAO Town Hall Recordings with Pinnable

Thesis

Pay for Pinnable hosting of JuiceboxDAO town halls, and make them available at the jbdao.eth content record, making them accessible through IPNS, https://jbdao.eth.limo or https://jbdao.eth.sucks.

Motivation

• Make Town Halls more easily accessible.
• Allow us to remove the JuiceboxDAO Notion, also simplifying multisig operations – the multisig has to reimburse Notion subscription costs.
• Support the Pinnable Juicebox project.

Specification

• Send jango.eth 0.05 ETH from the multisig to reimburse him for sending filipv.eth 50 DWB (the Pinnable token).
• Send filipv.eth 0.05 ETH from the multisig to reimburse him for using another 50 DWB (along with the 50 DWB from jango.eth) to pay for Pinnable hosting.
• Pay the Planetable Pinning project 0.1 ETH with filipv.eth as the beneficiary.
• Set the content hash of jbdao.eth to the IPNS hash of the website hosted by Pinnable.

Rationale

A total of 200 DWB allows JuiceboxDAO to store 20 GB of Town Hall recordings and summaries. Town hall recordings total ~8 GB of data right now, so 20 GB should cover a few years of meetings.
