JBP-530: Set omni.dao.jbx.eth.sucks ENS name to our omnichain multisig

Synopsis

Set up omni.dao.jbx.eth multisig that custodies V4 assets.

Motivation

JuiceboxDAO needs to: - designate the omni.dao.jbx.eth ENS name to the new omnichain multisig that custodies V4 assets.

Specification

2. Set 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6 to have the same signers and policy as our current mainnet multisig (dao.jbx.eth).
3. Create the omni.dao.jbx.eth subdomain on the dao.jbx.eth ENS name. Set this name to point to 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6.
4. The 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6 will then have to send a tx to set omni.dao.jbx.eth to be its primary address.

Risk

Two multisigs for now as we transition into an omnichain world.
