JBP-125 - Remove Juicebox Podcast Payout

Summary:

Remove the payouts to filipv and 0xSTVG established in Produce Juicebox Podcast.

Motivation:

With Nicholas leaving Juicebox DAO, the Juicebox podcast will need to find a new host or new hosts, which may lead to erratic scheduling. Doesn’t make sense to have this recurring payout anymore, especially since 0xSTVG and I have separate recurring payouts.

Risks:

With the removal of this payout, the Juicebox podcast may become less frequent or could stop altogether.

Specification:

Reduce filipv.eth’s per-cycle recurring payout by $750. Reduce 0xSTVG.eth’s per-cycle recurring payout by $750.
