JBP-441 - Trial payout for nowonders contributions

Synopsis  

Pay nowonder for contributions made to the protocol (metadata lib, solidity sessions, v3-contract & bbd contributions).

 

Motivation

My metadata lib is in prod use, I've made contributions to BBD and v3 contract PRs, as well as the solidity session videos. I'm asking for this one-time trial payout.

 

Specification

Pay $3000 in ETH, to noobwonder.eth ENS

 

Risks

None- work completed, unless I build a time machine.

 

Timeline

This proposal should immediately take effect.
