What role have you played in the community and what have you contributed thus far?

So far, my work has spanned across these focus areas:

Community alignment

Notion management and restructuring

Onboarding assistance/documentation

What role do you plan on playing in the community going forward?

I plan to continue working within these three focus areas. My main goals are:

Improve public understanding of Juicebox and DAOs in general.
Make Juicebox Governance sustainable—I believe the way to accomplish this is through open discourse and a well informed voter base. Automation, documentation, and simplification will be key.
Promote honesty, transparency, and efficiency within Juicebox DAO.

How much do you want to earn? What else do you foresee needing from the community for you to do your best work?

$1,850 per FC (paid in Ethereum).

What does success look like for someone taking on your role?

For me, success will lead to:

Higher quality proposals and higher quality discourse surrounding those proposals.
More informed voting in the Juicebox DAO.
Governance and token stability as the Juicebox community grows.

Under what criteria might it make sense for the community to reassess this payout allocation to you?

This proposal may need to be reassessed as my contributions and commitment to the Juicebox community grow. If my focus shifts to other areas, it may become necessary to reduce or remove this recurring payout.
