Thesis:

Compensate Untitled and Untitled $1000 each for two funding cycles to host and produce a bi-weekly podcast of interviews with community members building projects using the Juicebox Protocol.

Abstract:

Add a trial payout period of $1000 each to matthewbrooks.eth and brileigh.eth for two funding cycles (Untitled and Untitled) to fund the production of a bi-weekly Juicebox podcast. Matthew and Brileigh will co-host and handle all production related tasks.

Motivation:

We have been regularly attending town halls since March and it is clear that we want to become dedicated contributors at Juicebox 🧃

We have experience producing podcasts in the web3 space and would love to continue the previous podcast series hosted by @nicholas and produced by @0xSTVG + @filipv.eth. This trial period will allow us to dedicate the time needed for pre-production, hosting, and post-production in order to make the podcast consistent and high-quality.

Our goal with this podcast is to create a cultural anthropology of Juicebox through interviews with community members building and maintaining projects using the protocol. We’ll be talking to a wide range of builders within the JB ecosystem to show the range of projects that Juicebox enables.

• Both Untitled and Untitled are new contributors to Juicebox

• Respecting the production timeline in order to release bi-weekly episodes

• As a coven, Brileigh does have the ability to cast spells... even curses... 🪄

Rationale:

The previous production budget paid was $1500 per funding cycle and this proposal reflects the added preparation needed as co-hosts.

Timeline:

We recorded our first episode with dropnerd from SharkDAO on April 11, 2022 and will release an edited episode by April 25. We welcome feedback from the community on this first episode and will make changes as needed going forward.

The podcast will be produced on a bi-weekly basis i.e. one episode produced for Untitled and one for Untitled. Pre-production and recording will take place during the first week of the funding cycle and post-production will be finished during the second week.
