Ratify Emergency Procedures

Thesis

Ratify the Emergency Procedures and approve multisig and contributors actions taken according to it, including any transactions necessary to minimize the loss of funds.

Motivation

Currently, JuiceboxDAO does not have an emergency procedure. JuiceboxDAO should take every precaution to prevent the loss of funds for protocol users, and should take premptive action to minimize loss of funds in the event of an exploit.

Risks

The Emergency Procedure:

• might not be the optimal way to address one or more types of exploit.
• could be misused.
• is public, meaning an exploiter will have a rough sense of our strategies.

Timeline

To be implemented upon this proposal's Snapshot ratification.
