JBP-66 - Adding Zotico as recurring contributor for Organizing Translations
After a trial period of 1-3 cycles, contributors are encouraged to propose a recurring role for themselves. Recurring payouts should be renewed/updated every 90 days.

The proposal is to add Zotico, who is on trial period, to a recurring payout for the work of organizing and managing the translation system, making it easier for juicebox to grow into more languages and more groups.

The system in place not being efficient in the long run as we scale to more languages. The amount of management work being too big for only one person

How have you contributed to the DAO?
Zotico has been contributing since he joined in building the translation management system in Translation Workspace, also helping align with translators of different languages the best system for paying the translation work.
How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**
The proposal is for Zotico to manage and update all the materials that need translation in the system in Translation Workspace, getting the translated materials from there and making them available for their purposes on (a) website, (b) blog, (c) documentation and (d) other that might appear.
He should also manage the payments for the translators and keep the records of that aligned with the bookkeeping area.
What does success look like for someone taking on your role?
Having translations to multiple languages being easy to execute and organize.
New translators having a easy way to find tasks and deliver their results
Giving good support to translators in multiple languages in they have any difficulties with the system.
Under what criteria should the community reassess this payout?
If the organization and management of the system is being unefficient for reasons of bad management,
