JBP-317 - Deploy V3 JBX

Synopsis

Deploy v3 JBX, which can be redeemable for in the Juicebox DAO v3 treasury. v1 and v2 project treasury token holders can swap to v3 with one transaction at any time.

Motivation

JuiceboxDAO now has funds in its v3 treasury in order to service ongoing funding cycle commitments. All token redemptions are also moving to the v3 treasury. Thus, we need all JBX holders to have access to the v3 treasury via the v3 project token.

Specification

1. Send a transaction to the JBOperatorStore (0x6F3C5afCa0c9eDf3926eF2dDF17c8ae6391afEfb) to give the V3 token deployer (0xf8dcfa5be14a419cc78bd45dc08a1dade368beb2) permission (index 8) to set the Juicebox DAO v3 project's token on the multisig's behalf.
2. Deploy the V3 token using the Deployer mentioned above referencing the v1 TicketBooth (0xee2eBCcB7CDb34a8A822b589F9E8427C24351bfc) and v2 JBTokenStore (0xCBB8e16d998161AdB20465830107ca298995f371), along with the v1 projectId of 1. Use symbol “JBX” and name “Juicebox”.

Rationale

The V3 token was built with this single purpose in mind.

Risks

There is smart contract risk when utilizing additional components.

Timeline

Anytime once the proposal passes, with an expiration of Jan 31, 2023.
